All fully paid orders (Except customized order) are usually dispatched within 3 business days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Hong Kong Time) and not on weekends or public holidays. For customized order, pls contact with customer service team for the delivery.

STANDARD SHIPPING

The standard delivery time for Refine is around 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Exact delivery period will be calculated during checkout.

All standard shipping is arranged through Postal Service with tracking number. While this service is very reliable, real life tracking updates are not always available. The purchaser selects this service at their own liability. This service is not insured. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Alternatively, you can also opt for our express shipping which is arranged through DHL, Fedex, UPS or other express shipping service depends on your location. This is a registered service which can be tracked. Tracking information will be sent out once your order has left our warehouse.
